Family hotel- “The Cloud Sea Hotel”， was set up by Cheng Jian’s father Cheng Sijin in 1984 with only about 20 simple beds charging 1.5-2RMB each. But since Cheng Jian encountered the traffic accident latter and the hotel was very hard to get to because of its location, it stopped business.

Untill 1996, Cheng Jian set up the travel angency and built a small building near the road side, which was named “The Cloud Sea Building” with only seven beds. Due to that there were not enough tourists he rent it to others to run the business.

2000, Chen Jian found that the building was in a mess and what was worse, the evaluation from the customers was bad and the feedback from the internet about the travel reception in TangKou was even worse so he re-decorate the building in the second half year of 2000 and began to run business by himself. Once some one recommended “ the Cloud Sea Building” in Ctrip Traveling Net and then there were some visitors coming. Chen found it was a good way so that he dedicated himself to treat each visitor, which helped him to get the business chance on line and from then on, visitors came in succession.

The reputation of “Cloud Sea Building” became high and high. In 2002, the first private website in Tang Kou - www.yunhailou.com was built. ( the whole name was HuangShan Cloud Sea Building ). In 2003, the beds in “Cloud Sea Building” extended to more than 40. But SARS in 2003 had a bad effect on “Cloud Sea Building” both in reputation and in economy. On Mar. 24th of 2004, Chen Jian built a new building near the old one, beds extending to more than 60 and each room had individual washroom, air-conditioner, color television, telephone. The one-off washing outfit is transported from Hang Zhou according to the Second Star Standard there. Chen also opened a little market and each room in the old building had a computer which can get through the Wide Band. The hall also had computer for visitors to surf on line. Chen Jian had bought the most advanced well-known brand computer which is about 10000 RMB for his office room in March of 2004.Inverted photos,reader and kepan had been ready for everything.Huangshan District TV,Huangshan City TV and Shanghai Thertrical Institute had interviewed and shootde off. All the staff are recruitde from the “Fuxi”—the home of xiao Xie.All the girls are very honest and capable,and can make the guests feeling of the home and the cordial.

Cloud Sea Building has been opened since March 1,2006.The environment,conditions, facilities of the hotal had been got the next level.Except the independent toilet, air conditioning,phone,color TV and xishu one-time items,every room had configurated the electric kettle,towels and zaoyeqi,and so on.And the same time, the linen ,apply ,pillowcases and towels had been replaced for every guest every day.( any private hotels have failde to do the all,except the star hotel) “The mix ‘s satisfaction is our satisfaction”,”Health is the Cloud Sea Bluiding ‘s life”,”Service is his source” All the this is our service concept.Although we are not the Star-rated hotels,we possessed the Star-rated ‘s standards and services,and we also own characteristics Room(Round loving room, Pind romantic couples Room,Yellow honorable Cool donkey Room,Blue freedom Ass room .Etc.).With the enthusiasm and affection which the star-level hotels have not had yet.
